운영방침 (의무사항) Obligations | - 운영기간 내 최소 4회 이상 멘토링을 실시하고 운영 내용을 기록(각 주차 보고서작성), 제출 Conduct mentoring at least 4 times during the operation period and record the operation details (write weekly reports) and submit - 각 주차 운영기록을 바탕으로 최종보고서 작성, 제출 Prepare and submit a final report based on weekly operation records - 팀 운영비를 사용하고 사용내용을 기록, 제출 Use team operating expenses and record and submit usage details - 결과보고 제출(각주차보고서, 최종보고서, 예산사용내용 등) 후 설문조사 실시 Conduct a survey after submitting the result report (weekly reports, final report, budget usage, etc.) | |

마. 기타사항(etc)
- 외국인 학생이 1명 이상 포함시 우선 선발함. 단, 외국인 학생으로만 팀을 구성하는 것은 불가함
If more than one foreign student is included, it will be selected first. However, it is not possible to form a team with only foreign students.
- 코로나19로 인한 원활한 활동을 위해 팀의 인원수는 멘토 1명을 포함하여 총 4명으로 제한함
For smooth activities due to Corona 19, the number of team members is limited to a total of 4 including 1 mentor.
- 추후 선정된 팀에 한해 정확한 예산사용과 관련하여 사업비 집행지침을 배부할 예정임
Project cost execution guidelines will be distributed to the selected teams in the future in relation to the correct use of the budget.
